Weekly Online Giveaway of a $50 Amazon Gift Card

 

1. Eligibility
   1.1 The weekly online giveaway of a $50 Amazon Gift Card (the "Promotion") is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
   1.2 Employees of the organizer, their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household as the employees are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
   1.3 The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Promotion Period
   2.1 The Promotion begins on July 20, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on August 31, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. (ET) (the "Promotion Period").
   2.2 Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter
   3.1 No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Promotion.
   3.2 Participants may enter the Promotion by completing the following steps during the Promotion Period:
      a. Visit the designated entry page on the website.
      b. Complete the entry form by providing the required information, including full name, baby due date, baby gender, and your email address.
      c. Agree to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms or requirements provided on the entry page.
      d. Submit the completed entry form as instructed on the entry page.
   3.3 Only one entry per person per weekly giveaway is allowed.
   3.4 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or contain inaccurate information will be disqualified.

4. Winner Selection and Notification
   4.1 One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during each week of the Promotion Period.
   4.2 The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days following the end of each week.
   4.3 The winner must respond to the notification within fourteen (14) days of the initial contact.
   4.4 If the winner fails to respond within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.
   4.5 The winner may be required to provide additional information for prize fulfillment purposes, including a valid mailing address.
   4.6 The organizer's decision regarding the winner selection is final and binding.

5. Prize
   5.1 Each weekly winner will receive a $250 Amazon Gift Card.
   5.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other item.
   5.3 The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the prize.
   5.4 The organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value at their sole discretion.

6. Publicity Release
   6.1 By participating in the Promotion, the winner grants the organizer the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation or consent.

7. Privacy
   7.1 Any personal information collected during the Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and contacting the winner.
   7.2 By entering the Promotion, participants agree to the organizer's privacy policy.

8. General Conditions
   8.1 The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions.
   8.2 The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason, without prior notice.
   8.3 The organizer is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human error that may occur during the entry process.
   8.4 The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
