At The Watson Center at Legacy Park we strive to provide exceptional service and support to our valued clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation or rescheduling of a  event. Please review our comprehensive refund policy below:

 

1. Cancellations:
   - Event booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Rescheduling:
   - If you need to reschedule your  event instead of canceling, we understand and are here to assist you. Please reach out to your assigned coordinator to discuss the options and possibilities.
   - Rescheduling requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the availability of the venue and other factors. Our team will work closely with you to help you find a suitable alternative date.

 

3. Refundable Deposit Processing:
   - All refundable deposits are processed within 7-10 business days. 
  - Refundable deposits will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process.

4. Vendor Services:
   - If vendor services were included in your package, refunds for those specific services will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the contract with the respective vendor.
   - We will work diligently to facilitate any necessary refund requests with the vendors involved, following their individual refund policies.

 

Please remember that this refund policy applies to cancellations made by the client. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure situations beyond the control of The Watson Center at Legacy Park we will assess the situation and work towards finding a fair resolution for all parties involved.
